Using hypnosis, we work with the unconscious part of the mind. This is the part of your mind that does practically everything. It stores your feelings, thoughts, habits, behaviours, etc and plays them all out automatically without you needing to be conscious of any of them.

To combat a bad habit, we use positive suggestions that eliminate the behaviour and replace the positive intention with a healthier behaviour. Once the unconscious mind has accept these suggestions, change occurs quickly.
